International Students must submit the following:

1. Either the Maumee Valley Country Day School International Student Application or the SSAT Common Application
(Maumee Valley's SSAT Code is 4930).
2. A $150 non-refundable application fee. Click here to make your payment.
3. Academic records (transcript) translated into English for all years starting in grade 7.
4. Two letters of recommendation (English teacher and teacher of your choice). Click here for a Teacher Recommendation Form.
5. Completed International Student Information Sheet. Click here for form.

All of the above steps must be completed before the Admission Committee can make a decision regarding your acceptance. If you are accepted and have finalized housing arrangements, Maumee Valley will issue the I-20 form.
