Facility Rental

Whether you are planning a wedding reception, a family photo shoot, or a business meeting, MVCDS may have just the space for you.  

 

Our 70 acre campus, complete with tennis courts, two gymnasiums, a state-of-the-art running track, groomed playing fields and ample parking provides a variety of options for customized outdoor special events such as company picnics, family reunions, photo shoots or concerts.

 

Most facilities are available when school is not in session (mornings, evenings and weekends), however a few areas are available for lunch meetings as well. For rental rates or to discuss the possibilities for your event, please contact Kim Bedi or 419-381-1313.

Facilities
Millennium Theatre
The theatre design combines the traditional proscenium style with that of the "thrust" stage to create an unusual degree of closeness between the speaker and the audience. The result is that no seat is more than 35 feet from the stage. The comfortable, subdued tone is ideal for business and professional meetings. Capacity: 300.

Dining Room
A beautiful, 96-foot curved glass wall overlooking a wooded ravine is the stunning backdrop for your event in the Dining Room. It's a wonderful choice for a memorable wedding reception or a refreshing change for a business meeting. Capacity: 300 with lecture style seating, 250 with tables and a dance floor.

Wolfe Gallery
Classic Greek exterior architecture gives way to a light and airy contemporary interior in the Gallery. This bright intimate setting is perfect for small group meetings. If needed, your event can incorporate the 40 by 80 foot Kentucky blue stone plaza outside the gallery. The alley of lighted trees that embrace the plaza provides a particulary dramatic effect for evening affairs. Capacity: 40 for cocktail type event, 24 with tables and chairs.

Ashley Amphitheater
Nestled among the trees in the naturally sloping topography of our 70-acre campus, this gem is a beautiful option for your outdoor affair. The slightly elevated, brick lined circular stage is grass covered with a backdrop of dramatically lighted trees. Seating is on the gently sloping grass with a level area at the top for chairs or wheelchairs. This is a stunning setting for a small concert. Capacity: 350 (300 on the grass and 50 on chairs).
