Please call the Admission Office at 419-381-1313 or send an e-mail to request an admission packet and schedule a visit. The application form and $50 application fee should be sent to the Admission Office before or on the visit day. 

Preschool and Kindergarten
On the visit day, families come to the Admission Office and parents may accompany their student to the classroom to help them get settled. At the end of the visit, parents review the visit and assessment with the preschool coordinator.

• Applicants to the Three Year Old Program must be 3 by August 31. Classroom visits are from 9 - 11 a.m.
• Applicants to the Four Year Old Program must be 4 by August 31. Classroom visits are from 9 - 11 a.m. 
• Applicants to Kindergarten must be 5 by August 31. Classroom visits are from 8:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.

Grades One - Twelve
Students visit for one full school day from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
