It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Maumee Valley Country Day School website. In the following pages you will discover some of the wonderful treasures that Maumee Valley has brought to Northwest Ohio for nearly 125 years. Our picturesque 70-acre campus adjoins Swan Creek and provides students with a beautiful natural setting in which to explore and learn.

Maumee Valley is not a neighborhood school, yet it is our school community that makes us special. Our families share a commitment to provide their children with the best educational opportunity available in the region. The ethnically diverse MV community provides our students with a rich cultural experience, preparing them for global citizenship.

Maumee Valley works because our families are committed, our faculty is outstanding, and the students are engaged. From the Preschool to the Upper School, our faculty understands the developmental needs of all our students and provides a program that is nurturing, stimulating, and challenging. The success of our program is evidenced by the happiness of our students, their very strong skill development (as demonstrated by their high scores on standardized tests), and by their successful college placement in selective colleges and universities.
