Hilary White
Vice President
Trustee since 2002. Holds bachelor's degree and master's of social work from the University of Michigan. She is a board member at Planned Parenthood of Northwest Ohio and ProMedica.

Dave Francisco
Treasurer
Trustee since 2005. A retired banker, he is vice president and general manager of Century Marketing Corporation, a speciality printing and product company based in Bowling Green, Ohio. Has a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Dean Kasperzak '76
Secretary
Trustee since 2003. He is the president of Dean Enterprises, a market consulting firm that matches corporations with non-profit institutions. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont, and his community involvement includes serving as a board member at Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

Joan Bayer
Trustee since 2004. She is the owner and President of Concept Rehab, Inc., a company that provides rehabilitation services to patients in long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. She holds degrees from Ohio University, The Ohio State University, and Siena Heights University.

John Bearss
Trustee since 2004. A businesman, he is currently with Tri-State Capital, LLC. He holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Fred Deichert
Trustee since 2005. A certified public accountant and the Chief Financial Officer of Midwest Terminals of Toledo, Inc. Graduated from Penn State University.

Debbie Deiger
Trustee since 2007. Regional sales manager for The Watermark Group, a staffing and recruiting firm.

Mark Frasco
Trustee since 2006. President of COACT Associates, Ltd., a consulting group that helps businesses achieve breakthrough growth. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University.

Dan Johnson
Trustee since 2007. He is president emeritus and distinguished university professor of public policy and economic development at the University of Toledo. He has published three books, numerous book chapters, and approximately fifty articles and research reports. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas Christian University and a PhD. from the University of Missouri.

His principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, securities law, public finance and general corporate matters.
