TEDxMaumeeValleyCountryDaySchoolSalon: The Social State of America

On October 7, 2016, Maumee Valley students will be holding TEDxMaumeeValleyCountryDaySchoolSalon: The Social State of America. The event will take place in the Kasperzak Center at 5:00 PM.

TEDxMaumeeValleyCountryDaySchoolSalon is a local, recurring event organized by Maumee Valley students that brings local high schoolers together to explore a particular topic of interest. Consisting of TEDTalks and live presenters, the event's carefully curated program is designed to foster deeper, more intimate discussions and challenge individuals' ways of thought.

This event features speaker Patricia A. Wise and TEDTalks and pertains to issues we currently face in the United States.

Patty Wise has been an attorney for over 30 years, and is a specialist in employment law. She is passionate about civil rights, learning and teaching, current events, reading, and nurturing friends.
