EARLY BIRD TICKETS ON SALE!

The March 18 gala is MV's largest event-based fundraiser. We expect to sell out this year, as only 160 tickets are available. The gala features an open bar, delicious food, great friends, and silent and live auctions! A limited number of Early Bird tickets are on sale through Friday, Jan. 27. GET YOUR TICKET NOW!

The annual gala complements the MV Fund, both of which provide opportunities and experiences for students and teachers. This effort ensures today's students have the same opportunities and experiences that alumni remember.
Thank you to our presenting sponsor: The Savage-Edwards Family!

  • Letter from Diana Block '91: Gala chairwoman

I am honored and pleased to serve as the Chair for the 45th Annual Gala: Wild for MV. The gala will be held on Saturday, March 18, at The Toledo Zoo's historic Great Hall inside the ProMedica Museum of Natural History.

The event features an open bar, delicious food, good friends, silent and live auctions, and it has a big impact on MV students! I am excited about it and hope you will consider getting involved as a sponsor, donor, or attendee.

The gala is MV's largest event-based fundraiser. It complements the MV Fund, both of which provide opportunities and experiences for both students and teachers. This effort ensures that today's students have the same opportunities and experiences that we hold value from our times as students: Winterim (now Intensives), the Spring play, athletics, and Global Leadership all remain program stalwarts.

I am reaching out to invite your involvement in the following ways:

Sponsorship/Underwriting: Want access to the MV community for your business? Consider allocating marketing or philanthropic funds towards a Gala Sponsorship or underwriting opportunity. Contact Chris Holinski, Director of Advancement, for details.

Experiences, Access, Tickets, Vacation Rentals: Our best items are always MV-exclusives. Do you have a vacation home, great tickets to a game or show, or access to a unique or unusual experience? Donate it! Allow a current MV family access and help us raise money to support our students and teachers. Contact Rachel Freeman, Gala Coordinator, or Brian Oliver, Director of Annual Giving, with any ideas or questions.

Are you in town or in the area? Attend the Gala. Get in touch with your classmates and urge them to join you. This year we will have an Alumni Afterparty at Bellwether from Toledo Spirits! Come to the gala and then join your alumni peers as we head out on the town.

    Best,
    Diana Block '91
