Our curriculum is based on inquiry and discovery in a supportive and enriching environment. It is Forest School inspired, and we spend a portion of each day exploring MV’s 75 Acres. Our goal is to encourage, motivate, engage and inspire children through positive outdoor experiences year-round. Through our Units of Inquiry, the children are exposed to mathematics and literacy in meaningful ways. Emphasis is placed on Social-Emotional development with a focus on skills such as cooperation, communication, and decision making. Partnerships with families are essential, as we know that children flourish in a supportive environment in which the child, the family, and teachers work together.
