Being a chef in Paris, Marc got used to eating very well with twice daily staff meals cooked by people who make food for a living. When the global bummer of 2020 hit and shut down restaurants in France, he had to once again take responsibility for feeding himself. In doing so Marc rediscovered the joy of home cooking in his tiny apartment kitchen with only two burners and no oven.
