Cross Country Hawks Soar at Regional Championships

The Hawks Cross Country team had an incredible showing at their first-ever team visit to the OHSAA Regional Championships.
The Hawks Cross Country team had an incredible showing at their first-ever team visit to the OHSAA Regional Championships. Emily Porter shattered her PR, running 19:50 and qualifying for State! Patrick Lyell set the course on fire with a 16:23 and 4th place finish, also earning himself a trip to Columbus.

The rest of the team ran their hearts out to the tune of multiple PRs and an average time of 17:44 (translation: FAST). They won't be going to State as a team, but they will go down in history as the fastest XC team to grace the halls of Maumee Valley. Congratulations!
