Jeremy Mahoney in final round for U.S. Presidential Scholars Program
Jeremy Mahoney '21 is one of just 625 students in the final round of the 2021 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program.
Mahoney's outstanding academic achievement stands out in a group of nearly 3.6 million graduating seniors across the U.S.
Up to 161 U.S. Presidential Scholars are chosen each year, making the award one of the highest honors graduating seniors can receive.
The United States Department of Education provides the winners with an expense-paid trip to Washington, D. C., in June, and they are presented the U.S. Presidential Scholars medallion at a ceremony sponsored by the White House to commemorate their achievements.
