4th Year for MS Students Participation in Clean Your Streams
For the 4th year in a row, Middle School students participated in the Clean Your Streams Event. The Middle school group "dove right in" and helped remove trash and large debris from Swan Creek. Some of the items removed were a shopping cart, street sign, hubcap, briefcase with iPad and scooter.
The Clean Your Streams Event is a 22 yr. old event in NW Ohio. Last year 960 schools, businesses and community volunteers collected 23, 789 pounds of trash from our Toledo waterways across 69 sites.
