Student essay chosen for global journalism recognition
Congratulations to Tameem Zaidat '23 for being named a finalist in the "Local Letters for Global Change" competition sponsored by the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting.
His letter will be published on the Center's website later this month. His letter was selected from among nearly 500 entries from six countries, 21 states, and the District of Columbia. Tameem wrote it as an assignment during a fall Intensive titled "Women in Literature."
