The Maumee Valley community is invited to first Community Town Hall of 2025 on 星期二. The Town Halls are an important quarterly opportunity for us to come together as a community.
When: 星期二, Jan. 28, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Where: Kasperzak Center, Boehm Building
These informal discussions last about an hour and allow us to share updates on key initiatives and provide a forum for your questions and input. This quarter, we will highlight the many recent investments we’ve made to ensure excellence across all aspects of our school. Some of the topics we’ll cover include:
Rebranding and Storytelling: We’ll explore our recent rebranding project and new tagline, Explore Your MORE! Learn how this vibrant messaging helps us more powerfully share the value and benefits of a Maumee Valley education with prospective families and our wider community.
Curriculum Design: Hear how we’re using Eduplanet21 software and the Understanding by Design framework to rethink and refine our curriculum development—subject by subject and across divisions. This collaborative and data-driven effort, involving all our teachers, represents an exciting step forward for our academic programs and our never-ending pursuit of excellence.
Fireside Chats: We’re making great strides in updating our Portrait of a Graduate and documenting the Maumee Valley method…to reflect the 21st century skills, character traits, and social-emotional competencies that our students need to succeed in college and life. This work will serve as the focus for a series of Fireside Chats I’ll host later this year, so stay tuned for those dates and times.
Fiscal Health: An update on the prudent strategies and policies we’ve implemented to ensure Maumee Valley’s long-term financial sustainability.
We hope you’ll join us for this important conversation and a chance to connect with school leadership.
