Competitive sports is an essential element of the student experience at Maumee Valley. More than 65% of students in grades 7-12 play at least one sport annually. They do so to enhance sport-specific skills, garner collegiate recognition, and strengthen friendships among classmates.
Our teams consistently win conference titles while our athletes earn individual honors at conference, regional, state, and national levels. Our athletes often continue playing collegiately at every divisional level. We take pride in our history of athletic excellence and work every season to be the best teammates and competitors possible.
Go Hawks!
Students in all divisions take part in community-building activities leading up to Homecoming Weekend.
Stay tuned for more details. This event will be part of Fall Tournament Weekend activities Sept. 19-20.
Our athletic programs are unique in that they start in Kindergarten. Our students learn early about the value of conditioning, personal commitment, and teamwork. Throughout every level and sport, success and sportsmanship are essential elements of the athletic experience.
Supported by a wide array of inside and outside facilities, sports and physical education are as much a part of the Maumee Valley culture as academics.
The Maumee Valley Boosters is a volunteer organization that promotes and recognizes excellence in athletics in conjunction with the school’s mission and values. Learn more about its programs and volunteer opportunities.
