She is excited to join Maumee Valley's Lower School, where she will expand her experience in early childhood education. She has taught students from infants to grade school and is working on completing her child development associate certification in July.

Outside the classroom, her favorite hobbies are painting, ceramics, making jewelry, spending time with close friends and family, yoga, and going on adventures in nature. She also has experience as a dance teacher for the youth at her church.

She volunteers with Toledo Mountain Mentors, a local youth group that advocates for the mental health of teenagers by creating different ways to commune through healthy outlets in the community while taking part in life-changing experiences.
