    Discover the Maumee Valley Advantage
Spend a day as a Maumee Valley student during this special experience. The next dates are Nov. 5, 2024, and March 10, 2025. Check back for registration information.

These events are for students now in Kindergarten through 10th grade and who next year will enter 1st through 11th grade. You will be paired with a current student with similar interests and together will attend classes and assemblies, tour the campus, talk with faculty and other students, and have lunch on us in the Dining Hall. It's the best way to discover the Maumee Valley difference. We are excited to show you around!

  • A tradition of excellence

    Personal. Experiential. Global.
Are you interested in discovering the Maumee Valley advantage for yourself? Then contact the Admission office to set up a time for an on-campus visit. Remember: Every day is an open house at Maumee Valley Country Day School!

During your visit, an admission representative will guide you through the core parts of our 75-acre campus and, depending upon the prospective student's grade, the main academic areas of one of our three schools (Lower, Middle or Upper). The tours generally take about an hour.

The tours also give us an opportunity to learn more about your child’s talents, interests, and aspirations.

  • Shadow a current student

More than just a campus visit, Shadow Day is a more formal (and fun!) way to discover the Maumee Valley community. The day can be half or full, and we work with the family to find the best match with a current student to get the most out of the experience. Contact the Admission Office at admissions@mvcds.org or 419-381-1313 if you are interested.
  • Virtual tour

Can't make it to campus? No problem. You can still check out the historic Smead School entrance, the iconic Bluestone and Weathervane, and the beautiful architecture of the Upper School. Click here to begin your tour.
  • Request brochures

If you would like any of our admission materials, please contact the office and we will be happy to mail you the material. You also can view our Lower, Middle, and Upper School viewbooks virtually (see below).
  • Follow us on social media

One of the best ways to get to know Maumee Valley is by following us socially. Our main platforms are Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • View upcoming events

Throughout the year, the Admission Office conducts outreach events both on campus and in the greater Toledo area. These events range from open houses to informal coffees at local coffee shops. Check out some of our upcoming events below, or subscribe to the Admission Office calendar on Google or iCal format.
  • COVID-19 protocols

Maumee Valley Country Day School is a mask-friendly campus. You will find teachers and students wearing masks in every division of the school. During your visit, we encourage you to come in a way that makes you most comfortable.
