Dr. Lee Koles is an industrial/organizational psychologist, career strategist, certified life coach, and a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach. Lee blends principles of science, strategy, and coaching to help individuals, leaders, and teams identify and maximize their potential. Her award-winning podcast, “CareerSequel,” was named one of the Top Career Podcasts of 2023.

Lee is a Hawk super fan and coached the MV cross-country team for four years. She is the parent of two MV alumni (Class of ’23 and ’21); her husband Ford ’82 is also an MV graduate.
