Sign-up deadlines and form

• The participation fee deadline is Dec. 15.

All 3rd-6th Grade Information

• Open Gym: Possible open gyms and workouts in November, dates TBA. 
• Games: Begin as soon as Jan. 6 and are played mostly on Saturday early mornings and afternoons. Games will be played generally at Maumee Valley, Northwest Ohio Classical Academy, Trinity, Emmanuel Christian, Toledo Christian, Westside Montessori, Ottawa Hills, or Cardinal Stritch. 
• Participation Fee: $65 per player
• Participation Fee Deadline: Must be paid by Dec. 15. Cash/check to MVCDS given to Heather Rakosik ONLY or may be dropped off directly to the Business Office (north end of the Smead parking lot) from 7:45 a.m.-4 p.m. (Fees not paid by deadline will be charged to student accounts.)
• Uniforms/Gear: A uniform is provided and must be returned at season's end or the student account will be charged. Uniforms will be passed out later prior to the first game. All players will receive a shooting shirt, included with their participation fee. MV basketball gear will be offered to players and families to order/purchase in the near future.
• Communication: TEAM/COACH. All teams will use the TeamReach app. Parents, coaches, and permitted players with smartphones/iPads will need to download the TeamReach app. Coaches will contact parents/players with needed team sign on information. (If needed, the MV Athletic Department will assist coaches with TeamReach training and necessary team information.)
• Communication: MV ATHLETICS. Communication will continue via email & MyMV.

3rd & 4th Grade Boys' and Girls' Basketball

• Practice: Begins officially Dec. 1. Fridays from 3:15-4:30 p.m. in the JB Gym.
• Coaches: We are seeking coaches for both teams. If you are interested, please indicate that on the registration sign up.

5th & 6th Grade (one combined team) for Boys' Basketball

• Practice: Begins officially Dec. 5. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:15-4:30 p.m., LS Gym.
• Coaches: We are seeking coaches for a combined boys 5th/6th grade boys' team. If you are interested in coaching, please indicate that on the registration sign up.

5th & 6th Grade Girls' Basketball

• Practice: Begins officially Dec 4. Mondays and Wednesdays. 3:15-4:30 p.m., LS Gym. *6th Girls possible other practice dates/times as assigned by the coach TBA.
